Take a deeper look at what's hiding in your pantry. Caile will explain how to read food labels and what to look for when shopping. This can be done virtually or in person depending on your preference.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for appointments. If you need to cancel for any reason at all, please reach out to Whole Heart Health to cancel. If it is within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the full cost of the appointment will be applied. Should a client need to reschedule the appointment for any reason, please inform Whole Heart Health. Reschedules will not be subject to cancellation fee if you are able to rebook at time of cancellation.
